For any successful project, Planning and timely implementation is crucial. While following the Work Breakdown Structure, the complete project is defined, by estimating the resources, durations, the project is planned and scheduled focusing on the deliverables and be prepared with contingency plan if needed.

Progress Monitoring

Once the fundamentals of the Project are in place, we initiate monitoring the progress of the project. Monitoring of project starts from the minute you finish the Planning & Scheduling. Once the key activities have been determined, we initiate tracking process for the progress, covering all the aspects such as finances, material, schedule, resources etc.


Formulation of Action Plan

Our team of experts shall formulate an action plan which would comprise the final goal, steps defined to attain that goal, people in-charge to be working on this project, timeline and deadlines to follow, resources to be deployed required finishing the task, timely monitoring and evaluation. The complete blueprint of where to start from, how to reach, strategic planning, and check how far we have come, calculate the milestones, implementation of the action plan, evaluate and upgrade.


Contingency Planning

Hie-Capital analyses the risk, and prepares the Contingency plan before any occurrence of unfortunate event and keeps the plan “B” ready, before the existing plan hits the rough patch in order to prevent, and recover and regain the operations to its full strength.


Pre-commissioning & Commissioning

The project experts at Hie Capital Technologies plan pre-commission in a systematic manner to exercise the error free commissioning. Experts plan pre-commissioning & commissioning in parts. Once the construction is over at the site, all the equipment, systems, subsystems, machines are surveyed, checked as per the drawings of the project before introduced to the product.

During Commissioning, all the safety measures have been applied as per the project. In the presence of the operator for smooth transition, Hie Capital team runs the operations and validates its safety and flawless working condition right before final handover.
